This 250-year-old thatched cottage, now under the stewardship of the seventh generation of the Moran family, has been thoughtfully revitalised to honour its storied past while embracing contemporary design sensibilities. The renovation focused on preserving the cottage’s authentic charm, retaining original features like the snug seating areas and rustic wooden beams, while introducing subtle modern enhancements to improve functionality and guest comfort. The result is a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, offering patrons an inviting atmosphere to savour the finest local seafood.
