Implementation of the design
What is special abAs every project varies, once the design concept is agreed we agree with our clients, find the best way to implement this.
It may require Planning Permission and Fire safety Certificates, in which case we can carry this out or work with a chosen architectural firm in the locality of the project.
Oir It could require Planning Permission, compliance with Building and Local Regulations may be done through our offices or with the clients local architects or consultants.
AM Design collaborates with our clients local architects and engineers and coordinates with local building contractors and sub-contractors for electrical, plumbing and related service.
Project Planning
Project scheduling and coordinating with design, suppliers and the building programme is an integral part of each project leading to the site works and fit-out. This includes any specialist restoration work or installation of salvage materials to the site.
Fit-Out
During the building works and site works, AM Design co-ordinates with building contractors and suppliers for the project including any specialist client’s equipment. Restoration work and crafts personnel are often a key part of the specialist work undertaken in our projects.
Where applicable we work with local specialist suppliers and/or carry out the supply and fit-out of specialist timber and joinery work to shop fronts and interiors to the premises. Supplying specialist items are agreed relevant to each project. These often include furniture, glass, metalwork, specialist salvage items, signs and signwriting, and a host of other items.
